BEB Series Season 2 is here. Did you enjoy the first season? Well, readers and friends in the blogosphere kept asking me if it was really an imaginative one or it was a true life story.
It was a make-belief people, it wasn’t real but I needed to make it feel as though it were real for readers to be in tune*winks*.
I want to appreciate the many messages from BEB readers who wanted to see the end of the story in the middle of it; I think I actually thought you all patience with my suspense till the end.
I just wanted you all too see the romantic side of me *shines teeth* that was the inspiration behind the first BEB Series but this Season 2 is actually a true life story shared by a BEB reader who followed through my first Series and felt he could share his story.
For the sake of the writer of the story, I will henceforth use fictitious character names, but will still portray the story the way it happened for the writer who actually prefers to remain anonymous. I do hope you will enjoy reading and stay glued to your favorite blog site*hugs*.
This Season 2 is going to be a short series since it’s a true life story.
========================================================================================
When I gained admission into the premier University, University of Ibadan to study Theatre Arts, I met this girl called Funmi on campus. She was a good friend of mine and we were close to a point people started thinking we were dating but nothing of such ever happened.
I remember vividly well there was a time we went on break, I think 2nd semester, it was a bit long, due to ASUU strike so when we resumed back to school, Funmi and I were eager to see each other to catch up for the period we went on break.
When we finally got to meet, she was accompanied by a friend whom she introduced to me as Tope Falomo. Tope was dark in complexion, of an average height and had very lovely looking eyeballs.
We exchanged pleasantries and I got to know she was a new student who came for her diploma in Human Kinetics in the faculty of Education while I was in 200 level at the time. That was all I knew about her then though I didn’t even act as if I wanted to have anything to do with her.
I’m not the football type, so the only sport I did then was to swim which inspired me to join the school’s swimming team and Tope also joined later.
