BEB Exclusive: Importance Of Skin Scrubs

Skin Scrub-BolaEshosBlog

Smooth skins are made to happen. For a smooth skin, there is a need to have a good skin scrub. The process slough dead skin cells, even out skin tone and keeps skin hydrated and soft.

Skin Processing: Skin scrub is an important step in all skin care treatments. It is also referred to as exfoliation. Note that the older you get, the slower your skin cells renew. Opting for skin scrub quickly removes the superficial dead skin cells and reveals the newer ones underneath.

Types Of Scrub: Salt, Sugar, coffee, Herbal, etc.
Benefits: The process removes dead  skin cells which makes skin dull. Therefore, any good moisturiser you apply are better absorbed on the skin and it instantly looks more youthful. Salt scrub is said to make skin glow. The result depends on the type and grade of salt used.

Enhanced body fluid flow: Getting a skin scrub encourages the natural flow of circulation and bodily fluids within.

Get Rid Of cellulite: No cure to cellulite and aging yet. But some types of scrub can help to improve aging and dimpled skin from cellulite.
Relaxation: Treating yourself to a skin scrub, especially when combined with a massage, is just relaxing. A skin scrub which coupled with a choice of essential oils and other products add to your scrub. For best results, look for one that contains natural oils.

Caution:

1. Do not use the scrub often because frequent scrubbing can damage the young skin layer once the dead skin is off the body surface. You can use a scrub once every week or in a fortnight.

2. It's always good to get it professionally done as your skin type will determine the type of scrub to be used for you. Getting a scrub done at a spa regularly is the best option.
