He was born on May 14, 1970 to Otunba Gbolade & Chief Mrs Modupe Osunkoya and hails from Odosenbora in Ijebu, Ogun State .
He attended Satellite Town Primary School at Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State, Airforce Secondary School at Ikeja, Lagos State and thereafter proceeded to the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, lle-lfe in Osun State where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Dramatic Arts .
He began his career at Obafemi Awolowo University in 1991 and first featured in a yoruba stage play titled, "Eniyan". He later featured in a movie titled, "Orisun" produced by Members of Staff of Obafemi Awolowo University. His first appearance on Tv was in 2003 in an MTN Group television commercial titled, "Dance With Me".
The ace actor was famous for the role of "Oscar" he played in a Nigerian soap opera titled, "Domino". He has since starred in over a hundred Nigerian films like; "The Triangle", "Senseless", "Orirun", "Akandun", "Iwalewa", "Obirin Ale", "Omotara Johnson", "Abela Pupa", "Omonikara", "Ofin Mose", "Maku", "A Place In The Stars", "Fallen Angel" and "One Good Man" amongst others.
His Television credits include: "Domino", "Behind The Siege", Blaze Of Glory", "Emerald", "This Life", "Wives & Concubines", "So Wrong So Wright" and "Desperate Housewives Africa" to mention but a few.
Notable amongst his awards include; Actor Of The Year from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ogun State, Special Recognition Award by University of Ilorin and African Youth Council Special Recognition award to mention but a few. He is happily married with lovely kids.
